Do You Love Your Job?

Bill loves his job. It isn’t just because he makes six figures a year and is constantly breaking company sales records but for one secret reason. Bill loves being around people.

When he was in his twenties right out of college, he got an office job but failed miserably because he was chained to a desk writing reviews on products. After years of this, one day going home and frustrated as usual, he searched the internet and came across Core Motivations.

The Gallup research group reported in this report that, “Only 15% of the world's one billion full-time workers are engaged at work. It is significantly better in the U.S., at around 30% engaged, but this still means that roughly 70% of American workers aren't engaged.”
