Have you ever wondered why some people are always late? And doesn't it drive you crazy sometimes, whether it's a family member, someone from work, or even yourself?
Here’s a true story that might help you or someone else.
Sara had lost her third job in nine months. It wasn’t because she did not have great skills. Her customers loved her and she loved her work. But she could never leave her home in time to get to work on time.
Something would always happen like she could not find her keys or her purse or she would spend too much time texting friends.
Everyone at work loved her attentiveness and encouraging words. Even her supervisors loved her but didn't know how to help her to get to work on time. So sooner or later she would be late to work enough times that it was out of her supervisor's hands and they would have to let her go. It was sad.
Through the advice of a friend, Sara took the free Core Motivations quiz.
What she learned changed her life. Well, at least it helped her keep her job longer. She found out that she was not wired to be a clock watcher.
She was naturally oblivious to time and lived in the moment. Which is what made her so good at customer service. Customers felt that she really understood them because she took the time to patiently listen to them. They felt heard which was half the battle when dealing with unhappy customers.
She also learned 6 tips that made her life much easier which included how to get to work on time. If you know someone who is always late share this blog with them.
After they take the free quiz they will get the opportunity to not only learn the 6 tips but much more about themselves from a 20-plus page report created just for them.
A 2017 CareerBuilder study revealed that 29% of employees show up late to work at least once a month. This doesn’t have to be you or someone you love.
Thanks for reading.
May the Lord bless you superabundantly beyond your imagination (according to Ephesians 3:20-21).
